Year in and year out, Google shows me that North Americans are searching for Easter Eggers constantly. These cute little colored egg layers should be a cash cow for your farm. I'm going to group blue egg layer hybrids and purebred homozygous blue egg layers in here, too, since blue eggs are always wanted in a mix of "Easter Eggers". (Whitings tend to sell really well.)
